Digital Downloads

All purchases on Dot Art Printables are for digital products — PDF files available instantly upon payment. Because the files are available to download immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but never received access to your purchase
• The file you downloaded is corrupted or unusable
• You were charged more than once for the same order

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

Free-tier downloads and bonus credits earned through social sharing are non-monetary and not eligible for any refund or cash equivalent.
